The Plan: Four Ways to Get Your Meat

1. Ship It to Your Door (UPS Ground)

Perfect for filling your freezer or sending gifts to family. We pack your order fresh and ship it via UPS Ground directly to your doorstep.

Standard Shipping: Arrives in 1–3 days (typically delivered on Thursdays).
Need it Faster? Add 2-Day Air to your cart if you need it sooner.
How it works: Place your order online → We pack it with ice packs → UPS delivers it to your door.

2. Home Delivery (Colorado Springs Area)

Perfect for local families who want fresh meat without the trip. We bring the butcher shop to you. Our local delivery drivers bring fresh cuts straight to your door.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Time: Typically between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Note: As our business grows, delivery days and times are subject to change to ensure the fastest service for everyone.
How it works: Select your route at checkout → We pack it → Enjoy fresh meat at home.

3. In-Store Pickup (Town Center)

Perfect for pick-up on your way home or when you need specific cuts today. Skip the line and grab your order directly from our shop.

Location: Town Center location.
Hours: Monday through Saturday.
How it works: Order online → We prep your bag → You swing by and pick it up.

4. Set It & Forget It (Recurring Orders)

Perfect for families who never want to run out of their favorite cuts. Why remember to order every week when you can just let us handle it? Our Recurring Order program ensures your favorite meats arrive automatically, so your freezer is always stocked with the best.

How it works: Choose your bundle (e.g., "The Steak Bundle" or "80/20 Bundle") → Select your delivery frequency (Weekly, Bi-Weekly) → We deliver it automatically.
Total Control: You can pause, skip, or modify your order anytime in your account. No strings attached.
The Benefit: Never face a Friday night with an empty fridge again.

No Risk. No Surprise Charges.

We know you want quality, but you also want to know exactly what you’re paying for. We operate on a "Pay When You Get It" model.

We do not charge your card until the moment your order is ready for you.

Shipping: We charge the card the moment we pack your box.
Delivery: We charge the card the moment we load your order onto the truck.
Pickup: We charge the card the moment you pick up your bag.
Recurring: Your card is charged only when your order is processed and ready to ship or deliver.

If you cancel or skip a week before that moment, no charge. If you change your mind, no charge.
